Release Well-Being Center invites you to an evening of wellness and relaxation. Put a twist on your typical Friday Night Out and join Release Well Being Center for a fun evening of self-care! Evening schedule:5:30pm - 6:30 pm: Buti Class6:30 pm - 7:30 pm Lite Bites available in Nourish Cafe6:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Bliss will have access to the Himalayan salt room, sun sauna, eucalyptus steam room, and the infrared sauna. The hot mineral spa will be closing at 6:00 pm due to the high EEE threat in our area.What to bring: a swimsuit, sandals/flip flops, a cover-up or robe (we do not provide robes for this event), and a yoga mat. Join the Westborough Community Land Trust for a fun afternoon! Visit Minuteman Park and meet WCLT Board of Directors members to hike some Charm Bracelet trails. You can choose to walk on short loop trails at Bowman or hike the longer 5.5 mile (approximately 2.5 hours) self-guided section of the Charm Bracelet ending at the Libbey-Wile property. Shuttles will be provided. The afternoon includes socializing around the fire pit and treats at Bowman. Bring headlamps or flashlights. Free, no registration required.
