Finally, a real estate team who does more than you'd expect

I have been doing business with Mathieu Newton Sotheby s International Realty since they started. The first time, my inexperience was put to ease by how easy they were to work with. This year I came back to them in finding my second house which could only be done with a contingency of selling my first. Anyone who has experience with this knows how hard it can be. Again, they found me they perfect home and I closed with no issues whatsoever.

The entire Mathieu Newton Sotheby's International Realty team did a great job helping us sell our home. Eric Stinehelfer, the Mathieu Newton Realtor that handled our transaction, was there for us every step of of the way. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We began working with Mike Mathieu who took us around Westborough and Southborough for various showings and was excellent at guiding us through every step of the process. By chance, we then had Jamie Chomo work with us on a private showing for the property we eventually purchased, and we could not be happier with how this was handled. We worked with Jamie again to sell our condo in Grafton. Both Jamie and Mike were professional, and stopped at nothing to make both the purchase and sale processes as comfortable and efficient as possible. I can't imagine the head-spin we would have been in had we not had them on our side throughout it all! Would happily recommend Mike and Jamie to anyone that's looking for a property/sale in the MetroWest!

Every step of the process from beginning to end was informative and actionable. They metaphorically held our hand through the whole process which we appreciated since it took most of the anxiety out of the stressful process. This is the second time we have used their services and we would do it again without question. I will also be referring them to friends as the need arises.

Both Mike and Ed were extremely professional and transparent, and gave realistic pricing for both the home we were selling and offer we were putting in on our new home. Ed and Mike also gave us very reliable recommendations on the team of people to support both transactions (Home Inspector, Staging, Mortgage Lenders, Closing Attorney, etc). Both agents made themselves available at any hour for questions on the process which helped put us at ease with what was a very anxious but exciting time.

It was a pleasure for to work with Mike and Eddy. They kept us both very well informed, provided valuable insight and were very clearly on top of what was happening in our market. The team they brought to the project were exceptional as well from staging to photography. They even utilized an app to give us mobile up to the minute information on appointment requests and feedback. They were very effective in making what can be a stressful undertaking less so.
