I have been doing business with Mathieu Newton Sotheby s International Realty since they started. The first time, my inexperience was put to ease by how easy they were to work with. This year I came back to them in finding my second house which could only be done with a contingency of selling my first. Anyone who has experience with this knows how hard it can be. Again, they found me they perfect home and I closed with no issues whatsoever.

Every step of the process from beginning to end was informative and actionable. They metaphorically held our hand through the whole process which we appreciated since it took most of the anxiety out of the stressful process. Ed and Mike also gave us very reliable recommendations on the team of people to support both transactions (Home Inspector, Staging, Mortgage Lenders, Closing Attorney, etc). Both agents made themselves available at any hour for questions on the process which helped put us at ease with what was a very anxious but exciting time.
